Returns
We accept returns on items that are:
- Unopened
- Undamaged
- In original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@worthyjams.com with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Once reviewed, we will happily refund the cost of the affected product(s).
Shipping & Delivery Disputes
In cases where delivery status is disputed, the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier will be considered the official record of delivery.
