What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted raw cashews
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Toppings:
- 1 tbsp Worthy’s Vanilla Rhubarb Jam
- Your choice of toppings
Utensils
- 1 Blender
- 1 Set of Measuring Tools
- 1 – 2 Sterilized Jars With Lid
Directions
Step 1: Add unsalted raw cashews, warm water, lemon juice, turmeric and sea salt to the blender.
Step 2: Blend ingredients on high speed until a smooth consistency forms.
Step 3: Pour the blended mixture into a sterilized jar leaving 1 cm of room from the top.
Step 4: Place the lid onto jar (do not tighten).
Step 5: Leave at room temperature overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Step 6: Tighten the lid and transfer it to the fridge.
Step 7: Serve with a heaping scoop of Worthy’s Vanilla Rhubarb jam and your choice of toppings.
Step 8: Enjoy!
