1 package of frozen puff pastry (Make sure to thaw before starting the recipe)
2 cups diced apples
1/2 cup sugar (Adjust for taste)
1/4 cup Worthy's Strawberry Cardamom Jam
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp coconut oil or butter

1 Set of Measuring Tools
1 Medium Pot with Lid
1 Baking Sheet
1 Roll of Parchment Paper
1 Pairing Knife
1 Wooden Spoon
1 Rolling Pin
Directions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 Degrees C).
Step 2: Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3: Peel, core, and slice apples.
Step 4: Add diced apples, coconut oil or butter and water to a medium-sized pot, and simmer on medium-low heat until apples begin to soften, stirring often to distribute heat evenly.
Step 5: When apples being to soften stir in sugar and jam.
Step 6: Cover and cook until the apples are at the desired softness.
Step 7: Roll out puff pastry, cut it into the desired shape and place it on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 8: Fill puff pastry with apple mixture and create your own beautiful design.
Step 9: Bake the strudel according to the puff pastry package instructions.
