    1 bag of Maxi Foods - Organic Yellow Corn Tortillas

    1 tbsp avocado oil (Any oil will work)

    2 tsp coconut sugar

    2 tsp cinnamon

    1/2 tsp cumin

  • Utensils

    2 Medium Bowl

    1 Set of Measuring Tools

    1 oil Brush

    1 Knife

    1 Baking Sheet

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Step 2: Combine sugar, cinnamon and cumin in a medium bowl.

    Step 3: Brush tortillas with avocado oil.

    Step 4: Sprinkle oiled tortillas lightly with the spice and sugar mixture.

    Step 5: Cut tortillas into triangular wedges.
