What You Will Need

4 cups water
3 tbsp Worthy's Gingersnap Apple Spread
3 tsp Loose-Leaf Earl Grey Tea or 3 Earl Grey tea bags
2 cinnamon sticks
2-3 cloves
2 star anise
1 slice of lemon or orange to serve (optional)

1 Large Saucepan
1 Set of Measuring Cups
1 Strainer
1 Teapot
Directions

Step 1: Add 4 cups of water, cinnamon sticks, star anise and cloves to a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 2: Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add Earl Grey tea to the mixture, turn off the heat and let steep for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4: Place a strainer over your teapot, and pour the mixture from the saucepan into the teapot.
Step 5: Scoop 3 heaping tablespoons of Worthy's Gingersnap Apple spread into the teapot and stir.
Step 6: Leave for 3 minutes to cool down.
Step 7: Pour the tea into cups, and serve with lemon or orange slices.
